While somebody gets a migraine, they need a place to relax their mind, a convenient place without any noise or others disturbing sound. If you were in work, let’s ask permission to have one day bed rest. It will be better than you push your self to work while you get a migraine. Compress with an ice. You can put ice on your knee while you get a migraine. It can also help reduce the pain of migraine. Contact your doctor if the migraine hasn’t gone away yet. However, doctor is the one who exactly know what kind of migraine that we have. So it is better for us to contact him if we feel the migraine in our day. He will let us know the good medicine and treatment that we need.
