To start our daily activity, we should prepare it well in order to keep everything good. We should do something maximal for our duty and activity. That is why; we need to have a breakfast before starting our activity.

The Benefit of Breakfast PhotoBut sometimes, many people are always lazy to do this. They just drink coffee or milk as their breakfast. This is not good for our health, because breakfast has some benefit for our body. Here, you can find out the four benefit of breakfast. As a personal “defense”. For the example is “sumo”. They always eat “chanko-nabe” after having practice for several hours. Chanko nabe is a food which is contains vegetables, noodle, meat, and some sea food. They even eat 65 bowl (around 13kg meats) in once eat. They do this to have a good “defense” while they compete with others.

Having breakfast is healthy food. We know, for some people, they lazy to have a breakfast. It is because of some of develop country people have a lot of business. They wake up late and then they should go to their office in a hurry. That is why sometimes, many people like having coffee or milk for their breakfast. We know that this is not a healthy food. So by providing a several times to eat your healthy breakfast, it will help us in order to keep our body health. We can change the coffee with a healthy food like orange juice with vegetables and fruits.

Even we don’t have much time, eating fruits and salad and orange juice is better than we eat nothing. Keeping the “digestive system” goes well. We know that our body always does “digestion” in a day. Normally, it will do three times a day. So if we skip one of that three times, it will affect on your “digestive” and if it happened for many times, you will have “digestive” disease.
