Calcium was really quite danger for the people. A new research has stated that millions of people who take this substance supplements in hopes of lowering their risk for bone fractures may actually be increasing their risk of having a heart attack. So, he suggests the patients to get the substance from the foods that they eat, not from the supplements.
On the other hand, calcium supplements only recommended to patients who don’t get much calcium in their diets. The Cardiologist also stated that it was hard to understand how calcium could increase the risk for heart attack and not for stroke or death if that association was real.
