It is because the broccoli contains of a high nitrate. This substance can become nitrite, which if it is mixing with the amino acid in the human body, it will give a nitrosamine. Nitrosamine is a substance which will act like the cause of the cancer. Even though, it is necessary to avoid eat the rest broccoli in the night. In this case, broccoli is a kind of vegetable which is better eaten in once. So, if we have this broccoli in the breakfast or lunch, we should eat the broccoli until the end. Do not give a rest broccoli for a dinner.
