It’s because there are no benefit for our living if our house is dirty. We need to clean our house regularly to make our environments, houses, and our activities become healthier. There are a lot of ways to clean our house. Sweeping the floor is the most important work to make our house clean and healthy. With sweeping the floor, we make our house clean from any rubbish that can make a lot of illnesses if we don’t clean them.

Sweeping the floor is not a hard work but it’s still tiring it’s because we have to sweep all places in the house to clean and make our house healthier. While we sweeping the floor of our house, we need to move around and sometimes bow to clean and sweep some places that unreachable. This condition makes some people lazy to clean their house.  Although sweeping the floor is tiring for some people, the effects of sweeping the house floor are very high for our healthy living.

One of the effects of sweeping our house regularly is to make our body moving and gained health from that movement. While we sweep the floor, we make our body to move and gain sweat from the activity. This condition is very good for our health. Another effect of sweeping our floor is to make our house become better and far away from illnesses. While we clean our house, we throw away some rubbish that make our house looks become worst. The rubbish that also gives a lot of illness will give effects to the health of the people in the house. It’s a good choice to throw away the rubbish to make our house become healthier.
