And the teacher also explained about the advantages drink milk and eats nutrition food everyday. That’s right; the body needs water supply to keep hydrated. It is useful for the vital organs inside our body like heart, brain, kidney, liver and some other organs which need water supply to make them works properly. Do you ever imagine if your body does not get enough water supplies? The answer is your body will in the emergency mode, it means that you will suffer the named of dehydration, means that body loss water supply in large number.

Dehydration will make your body less carbohydrate and you can’t do anything or fewer activities. In our body, water has the important roles in managing the vital organ circulation and reborn the cells. Balancing your body, you must consume water more than 8 (eight) liters a day. The other important nutrition is milk. People need drink milk to fulfill their vitamin, mineral and fat for their body needed. As many sources tell about the advantages of milk that it can make healthy body and balance the nutrition our body needed.

Drinking milk is needed in order to complete our nutrition in a day. Milk is also useful for the creating the bones in our body because milk consists of much minerals and calcium. The scientists said that we need drink milk at least twice a day in the morning when we are having breakfast and also in the night before we are sleeping. Based on the knowledge, we can see that how important of drinking water and milk in our daily life especially for our body. We have to consume the nutrition regularly to keep our body healthy.
