Correct Hand Washing Habits for Kids PhotoBacteria, germs, and viruses are everywhere around us. People can easily get infected by direct contact with the virus or the objects that had been infected previously by this micro organism. Finally, it will result into several diseases like influenza, fever, skin problems, and many more.

The easy way that makes this virus transport into your body is through touching. That is why the habit of hand washing is one good and simple preventive action to minimize the risk of micro organism infection. But, washing hand is not as simple as pour water into your hand and it’s done. For correct hand washing you can start by wetting your hands with fresh and clean flowing water.

Use healthy hand soap with anti bacteria formula and then leather it well. Rub your hands with the soap gently and vigorously through all parts, fingers, wrist, and slit between fingers. Rinse it well until no more soap foam left in your hands. Dry it with dryer machine or disposable towel until it your hands really dry. If it is possible, cover your hands with tissue or towel while you want to turn off the faucet.

It is better to use your hands when you come back home after doing activities outside before you hold your kids or relax yourself. You also have to clean your hands after changing baby diapers, before preparing foods, blowing your nose, touching wound or injured, and handling dirty objects especially money.
