For some people, they consume tea to lower their blood pressure and also to maintain their cholesterol level.  However, through recent experiments, it is fond that tea is also good for diet.  Usually people drink green tea in order to stay slim.  For women who drink tea, they will also be able to reduce wrinkle.  With this much of benefit, surely it wasn’t wrong to say that tea is the best Health beverage that you should drink.
