In the night, we lose a lot of oxygen when we fall asleep. This condition makes us lazy to do anything when we wake up in the morning. With drinking a big glass of water in the morning, it will help us to regain the oxygen that has been losing in the night when we fall asleep. The oxygen from a big glass of water wills also rejuvenating our cells that we need to supply them with a lot of water and oxygen.

Many research shows that if we drink a lot of water within a week will make us begin to feel less tired than before.
