Entering University and becoming a grown up that doesn’t depend much from parents sometimes have its own advantage and disadvantages. The advantage is that you will start experiencing new things and learning more about using your own strength to be able to achieve things that you want. It can’t be denied that when we try to live independently, we start to take responsibility for our self and sometimes it involved working. This is the reason why many young people having problem with their stomach or eating disorder.
Good Health can be achieved easily actually. Simple ways can be done. First of all, you should have breakfast and start to eat regularly. You also need to watch the balanced nutrition of what you’re eating. Having mixture of fruits, vegetables, meats and also carbohydrate food will be able to keep your body with the nutrition and vitamins needed. Even though you like one particular food, try not to eat it as much as you can. If you follow this way, surely you will be able to avoid stomach problems.
