Health is expensive. We can pay lot if we have a several disease. That is why; we need to live in a good habit. We know that many people still have and do some bad habits in their life. And even they do not care about the effect that they will get in future. They do what they like without thinking of their future.
In this article I will try to find out five bad habits of human which is not good for our health. And here they are: Never breakfast. In a day we will have face and do many kinds of activity, working, walking, meeting and many others business. But people always lazy to having a breakfast.
The next is Smoking. This is very bad habit. Some people said that smoking can help them to reduce the stress. Oh My God. How come? It will bring us to the others problem in the next. We know that cigarette contains many harmful chemicals. The next is consuming too much sugar. It is really not good for our body. We cab have a diabetics if we consume it in big number. Lack of sleep or insomnia becomes the next. For some people they enjoy the night life. They spend their night by watching movie, or hanging out with some friends and clubbing. This is not good. Our body needs a rest in the night. We can not push them to do many activities within a day. Drinking alcohol is bad habit. It is same bad as smoking.
Usually smokers are identical with alcohol. These two things have very bad effect to our brain. We start everything from our brain, then if something bad happen to our brain because the chemicals from alcohol, how come we suffer from others things? Stop consuming alcohol to have a better life.
