I Want to be Healthy PhotoBe healthy so that you can do anything you want to do in life. This is what we usually get from our parents or maybe friends to remind us to keep our health. It sounds so easy to say that but actually, it is hard to do. What do you do to keep your body health? This kind of question is a question which is usually asked by people. Then, how will you answer that? Let’s try to analyze through simple analysis. What makes people still healthy is about consuming nutritious food. It is important since through that food, we get the energy to make our day.

The second important thing that people need to keep their health is having enough rest. It is absolutely important since your body is not a machine. Your body needs rest so that you can work better in the next day. Do not force your work and try to have enough rest.

Another important thing to consider is that you need to move a lot. Doing simple things, such as taking stairs to reach your office on fifth floor, cycling to go to the store near your house, any many other things which can you move often. Just don’t be afraid of being sweat.
