Being healthy is very precious yet many people are ignoring. When the people were young, they think that health is does not really matter. They ignore it and apply bad life style. Indeed, when we still young, we are strong and capable to do many things. We never matter about our food and so we realize lately that health is very precious.
I know that many people are ignoring their health because they are too busy. There is no time for them to choose for healthy foods so they eat anything that easy to get. Junk food is the people most favorite foods since it available almost everywhere. Junk food is delicious and satiate but of course it is not healthy. Junk food contains many dangerous substances that unnecessary for our body and if they accumulated in our body, it would endanger us. I’m talking about the fat which in the junk food. This fat is the source of LDL or Low Density Lipoprotein which can lead to deadly diseases.
The deadly diseases are such as heart failure, stroke, clogged arteries, and many more. If you really want to enjoy your future, you must eat healthy foods and less junk food.
