Importance Of Having Pets PhotoSome researcher said that have pets actually have positive impact for the health, not only for adults but also for children. Let we see what kinds of the advantages from having a pet in home for health.

Actually there are 5 advantages that we can get if we have the pet in home. And those advantages influence our health and also the growth of our children.

1.       A study found that pets can help children to read something well. One of research proves that children did increased number in their reading fluently when the researcher asked the children to read the books in front of their pets.

Beside that, psychiatrist for children and teenager stated that pets also can help children in developing their ability in non-verbal communication. And some experts also stated that children who grow up with the pet usually have higher level of IQ and also emotional intelligence.

2.       Ironically with the common paradigm in society, the research found that children who grow up and have pets like dog or cat actually can reduce the risk of asthma and  allergic. Children who have dog at home will have stronger immune system and effectively fight with the chronic respiration disease.

3.       In fact, dogs can make you actively because you should accompany them to jogging and playing outside home. One of research in Australia said that children or adults in family will have pets and take care of them well, actively in physic and also less risk of being overweight.

4.       For the autism children, in daily activities especially deal with new social environment, it will be difficult for them. But, researcher also found that pets can reduce the stress level and also the autism children’s’ anxiousness.

5.       The last advantage is that having pet can give big contribution for the therapy and rehabilitation for the adults and also can reduce the risk of serious mental disease. If we have pets, we will feel have friend, because they will always accompany us, and also give good-social interaction for mentally health.
