It is right if the people need the element of iron in order to be able to do the daily activities. This iron is usually used by the people to make their body more resistant in doing the activities. On the other words, the people do not get the tired quickly and weak when doing the activity. In order to can get the element of iron, the people must eat a lot of vegetables. There are many kinds of vegetables which have or contain of iron, especially green vegetables. Often, there are many irons which provided in the green vegetables. The iron which is provided in the green vegetables has many benefits for the people around the world. It is because the iron can repair the hemoglobin status or condition in a short time. So, it also affects the way of our body to work.
Our body will not get tired and weak quickly while doing something. And it also can hold our body resistant. Until now, the appropriate way that can be done by the pregnant women, children, students, and workers in order to get the iron element is by consuming the vegetables, especially the green vegetables which contain of many iron. If the people are less in getting the iron and put it into the body, it will decrease the body resistant toward the disease, such as virus, infection and the others. In the condition of anemia, the body resistant will not work properly. So, we will get a sick or infected by a virus or infection if our body resistant is weak. This condition is the reason why people who get less iron can be infected by a virus or infection. That will be fine if the people are aware about that condition and they attempt to eat a lot of vegetables.
