“I Got Insomnia” How Could I Do? PhotoSometimes, we feel that we have terrible day at the morning and inconvenient feeling trough a day. Have u ever try to find out the reason? According to some experts lack of sleeping and insomnia can be one of the reasons. It usually caused frustrated to some people. Having a bad sleep at the night can bring the bad effects for our health, even it can make us depress.

The reason why some people are difficult to have a nice sleep is different. It’s depending on the problem that we have. But to avoid it, you can try this tip. Stop feeling “worry”.  Do not think about your problem while you go to bed. It will affect on your sleep. Give your body to free from all think and activity of your life. After having a nice sleep maybe, you can solve your problem after wake up.

Do sport. Having a sport also can help us to have a good rest at the night. Do not think that it just makes us tired, but it also has benefit to help our sleep tight. Do massage. In some cases, stresses can be also one of the caused of insomnia. Go to the spa to have some massage. It will help to make your body feel better then you can have a good night after that. The next is having a nice environment for your home. Design our room with our favorite things. Make it as comfortable as we can.

While sleeping, we need a quite and comfortable place. We can put some of flowers or anything to make our room look beautiful. Do not eat anything, especially coffee or milk. Eating before we eat beside can make us fat, also it will make our body has an extra energy. Consume especially coffee and milk. Coffee contains caffeine that can make us a wake, while milk has big energy that can make us awake also.
