Keeping Heart Health Simply PhotoKeeping the heart healthy is very crucial because it is the center of cardiovascular system of human body after all. People should exercise at least 5 days a week with 30 minutes session. Walking and jogging could be really suitable for heart friendly exercise after all. People have to eat calories not more than what they need basically in every day. People could replace snack, sweets, and crackers with fruits, vegetables, and yogurts. More fiber is better actually and people should consume fruits and vegetables in 6 or more servings. People also have to reduce the sodium consumption and avoid food with high fat.
People also should avoid drinking alcohol after all. Fiber and healthy calorie could be the most important nutrients of food which could keep the heart healthy.
