People could not refuse that they absolutely need exercise in their life which could help them maintain their health condition. There is no one who wants to suffer of sickness or even pain which could make them could not do their daily life properly. Everything will be different if someone has kind of sickness in their body. So, before the sickness is suffered by someone, they should avoid it by doing routine exercise and choose the healthy food for their daily menu better than junk food.
However, doing routine exercise is not easy at all because people usually will feel too lazy to do an exercise session after all.
