Of course you can do it. In some ways, healthy food can be practical and also healthy snacks for you. Having lunch in restaurants or café usually disturb your meal time or diet. Another annoyance is the delicious snacks offered which consist of fat and calories. Unfortunately, we can’t prevent and send our desire away. The solution is you need to have strategy of healthy snack.

In fact, there are some healthy snacks which we can prepare and serve it at home easily and quickly such as:

  • Smoothies

It is healthy and delicious snacks. You can use the fruits like apple, banana, and strawberry and also add it with low fat milk. You are not need to add sugar because fruits already consist of pure sugar. You might add little honey. Smoothies can make you full because it consists of fiber, mineral and vitamin which are good for your body as source of energy.

  • Corn Salad

Corn is the source of Vitamin B which sources of carotene and also Vitamin A in the body. In some regions, corns are the main meals as rice substitution. Now, you can have your healthy snacks. First, prepare the sweet corn or imported corn, tomato slices, olive, paprika, and onion. Then, add some olive oil, lemon and little sugar or salt. It can be delicious salad.

  • Peanut toast sandwich

Sandwich is one of the easy breakfast menus. Besides, it can be the friends of healthy snacks. You can choose the wheat bread which consists of fiber and you can add some vegetables and chicken fillet or even peanut. Peanuts and chicken fillet are sources of protein. While wheat bread provide pure fiber and can make you be full for some hours.

  • Fruits and yoghurt

Fruits are not only consisting of vitamin, but also high water and fiber, so does yoghurt. You can mix yoghurt with some slices of fresh fruits and then mixture it. Beside, yoghurt can be added by peanuts, beans, dry-fruits. It will be good for bone because you can provide the nutrition of calcium and fiber well.
