Walnut and other types of nuts and beans consist of essential vitamin E which is needed by skin. It is useful to moisten and rejuvenate your skin.

  • Wheat

The contents of magnesium and vitamin V in wheat can help to regeneration of skin and also replace the death cell with the new one.

  • Vegetables and fruits
