Soybean Makes Healthy Heart PhotoDo you like tahu, tempe, or even soybean milk or soy sauce?? In fact, the varieties of soybean productions are important as nutrition to keep healthy heart. There are some other foods that can be consumed regularly. It is not only delicious but also can make healthy and strong heart. Doing sport regularly, not smoking and not drinking alcohol are called as treatment to keep healthy heart. But it is not only these treatments. Eating particular food regularly can keep our heart healthily, like foods below:

  • Salmon Fish

Salmon is one of the sources of fatty acid omega 3 that are good to reduce the risk of infection and press the thrombosis. Try to eat salmon, tuna, or even sardine minimal twice a week. For healthy heart, try salmon steak with salad and rub it with lemonade.

  • Olive oil

Start from now, try to replace the cooking oil with olive oil. Olive oil can help to reduce the risk of heart attack because it can reduce the LDL cholesterol content.

  • Oats

Oats consist of soluble fiber named beta glucan that help reducing amount cholesterol content and LDL cholesterol. Besides, beta glucan can help keeping digestive system. You can add honey, low fat milk, and some slices strawberries. It is more delicious as breakfast’s menu.

  • Apple

Apple has quercetine content as anti-infection and can help avoiding blood clotting. Apple also has fiber content and vitamin. Consuming an apple mix with walnuts and almonds can be healthy snack for you.

  • Almonds

Almonds and other peanuts consist of healthy oils, vitamin E and other substance to control the cholesterol contents. Almonds can be good sources of protein and fiber. You can use almonds and other peanuts as snack when you are watching television.

  • Red Wine

Consuming red wine proved good for heart. Fact, red wine has high anti-oxidant named resverartrol. These contents are good to protect your heart.

  • Whole grains

Each whole grain provides vitamin and fiver that can help to keep healthy heart. It can be sandwich whole wheat with chicken slices and tomato. It can be delicious and healthy food.

  • Green vegetables

Green vegetables consist of folat and vitamin E that can keep the homoseistein rate. Consuming green vegetables also can protect memory because of age factor.

  • Tomato

Tomatoes consist of vitamin and lycopene which proved to reduce risk of heart attack. You can add some tomato slices in sandwich or wheat pasta. Even, you can buy tomato sauce and canned tomato in the market or grocery which consist of lycopene much twice than common tomato.

  • Soybean

Protein in soybean proved to avoid the heart attack. Protein contents in soybean are good as substitution of meat. Soybean processed like tempe, tahu or soy sauce can be variety healthy menu.
