Eating the healthy food with balanced nutrition such as protein, iron, vitamin and mineral will make your hair growth healthy and shiny. The sources of nutrition like omega-3 and iron, you won’t have dry-hair. Vitamin A and C actives the oil gland and create the natural moisturizer for hair.

Some of the nutrition below can be consumed regularly in order to make the healthy hair.

  • Fresh Fish

Salmon and Tuna or even others kinds of seafood are rich of omega-3. If you are vegetarian, you can split it with 1 to 2 spoonful flaxseed in your daily meals.

Vitamin also can be gotten from animal products like chickens, milk, and beef. To increase the nutrition of iron, you can consume meat, egg yolk, green vegetables (spinach), raisin, chicken gizzard, shells, and scallop. For zinc, you can get from beef, crab, ham/pork, cereal, chicken and toast beans.
