So that is why many people now do some sports or even keep their food from danger chemical.   1. Do not forget to have your breakfast. Researchers’ show that people who usually having breakfast is slimmer than they who never have breakfast. Breakfast also can loose your weight, heart attack and also diabetics. It can be the stock of food when you have to do some works. It is source of energy.
  2. Choose the health menu, for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Don’t fully your plate with carbohydrate, but also combine it with protein, vegetables, or fruits.
  3. Be active. Try to walk when you should go somewhere near with you, because walk is good for healthy and also the cheapest sports for you. Spend few minutes just for walk in a day.
  4. Enjoy your food. Most of people say that a healthy food is not delicious and bored. Actually while you bored with the healthy meal, you can have alternative like be creative in producing your food, like make it pie, cake, juice and some others.
  5. Choose your favorite sports. Sport can be a place to relax our mind from stress. Beside that it can also makes us healthy. That is why; simple sports just like jogging or swimming can really help us.
  6. Avoiding stress. Stress can affect on your weight and your health. And it also has a bad effect on your sense of eat. Avoiding stress is one of the key to live health. No more stress, more happiness that we’ll get.
  7. Choose the healthy snack. Some people like having snack while they do activity. But it is better if you can change your snack with fruits or milk.
  8. Consume more and more water. The researchers said that consumed water not only good for a body health but also for metabolism.
